Paper Sweeties July 2016 Blast from the Past #3!

Hi all! It's time for the last installment of this month's Blast from the Past! 
This time we're not going as far back as we did yesterday. :)
This time, I created some darling gift tags using the I Love Summer Stamp and Die Sets for the cupcakes and candles, and the balloons are from the Planner Series: Celebrate Stamp set.
